It has recently come to our attention that a small percentage of Fujichrome Provia 100F (RDPIII) QuickLoad emulsions sold in the middle of October 2000 may have certain components that might not perform up to specifications. When a QuickLoad packet is utilized under very low humidity for an extended period with certain types of holders, the film may not properly seat into the metal clip possibly causing fogging. Please note that the vast majority of users will not experience any problems with this product and this issue does not apply to the film emulsion itself.

If you experience this type of problem, please arrange to return the product to an authorized Fujifilm Professional Product Dealer as soon as possible for replacement. In addition, if you are unable to obtain replacement of the above product from your local authorized dealer, please contact Fujifilm Consumer Information Services at 1-800-800-3854.

This notice only affects the aforementioned specific Fujichrome Provia 100F RDPIII QuickLoad product sold to authorized dealers by Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. and does not pertain to any other Fujifilm professional product.
