Ancillaries

Fujifilm has a portfolio of ancillaries for use with our polyimides and PBO’s.

These include solvent developer and rinses for our negative acting solvent developable polyimide precursors, edge bead removers and backside rinses.

  • QZ3501 Polyimide Developer, Edge Bead Remover and Backside Rinse is a specially designed as a multi-use solvent formulation
  • QZ3512 Polyimide Rinse is formulated for use with QZ3501 to pattern Fujifilm's negative tone polyamic ester type materials, Durimide 7000, 7300 and 7500
  • HTRD2 Polyimide Developer, Edge Bead Remover and Backside Rinse is formulated for use with RER600 to pattern Fujifilm's negative tone polyamic ester type materials, Durimide 7000, 7300 and 7500
  • QZ3701 Edge Bead Remover and Backside Rinse is designed for edge bead removal and backside rinse for Fujifilm's aqueous buffer coat materials
  • QZ3289 Adhesion promoter concentrate QZ3289 is an adhesion promoter concentrate for Durimide polyimide products like Durimide 200 series
  • QZ3322 Polyimide stripper is specially formulated to remove soft baked or uncured polyimide films
